This property has an awesome view of Lake Tahoe!! The amenities inside the property need some upgrade but it's spacious inside and out.

The living room is fantastic!!! Really feels like you're in an Alpine Ski Chalet. The kitchen, however, should be updated (1970's appliances). Also, the mattresses in both bedrooms are sub-par at best and the bedding came out of grand-ma's guest room that hasn't been used in 30 years. I'll sacrifice the mattress upgrade if it means you update the bedding, pillows, and maybe put a a soft mattress pad on the beds.

Overall the end price with commissions, taxes, cleaning was about 50% of the bill for 3 nights, excessive.
No wifi.

The property was well worth the price. We felt they could have cleaned it a little better. There were some cob-webs around the windows and on the ceiling. Also, they didn't have a large selection in pots, pans and serving dishes. The rest of the place was great!!

The property was sub-standard in the amenities offered. The main TV was an antique, offering only 13 channels. The TV in the master bedroom offered a full range of channels, but was about 12". The third TV was only effective as a VCR.
The stove/microwave combo was also an antique and confusing to operate (no instructions). The clothes washer was new, but did not operate correctly (or else we could not figure it out, and there were no instructions).
Plenty of salt and pepper, but no salt or pepper shakers.
A dirty BBQ could not be used because of total flare-up, wrecking a planned good meal.
Absolutely would not rent this unit again.
