Description
This top level condo has been transformed into a colorful, contemporary, fun place to stay. The large balcony, which can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom, is furnished with lounge seating and a raised height dining table to enjoy the panorama. This condo features a large flat panel TV, DVD player and i-Pod dock stereo. In addition to the Cal king bed in the bedroom, there is a fold-out queen size sofa bed in the living area. The bedroom has a sliding privacy partition for when the fold out bed is in use. This vacation home also offers wireless internet access, a propane BBQ and a fully equipped kitchen. A total of 749 square feet.
Rental of a vacation home at Bahia Vista includes use of community pool and spa. Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules and Regulations.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

Payment Policies
A $200 deposit is due at the time of booking the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
We request and keep on file a credit card number from you as a security deposit (VISA, MasterCard). The card will be charged if damages, fines, or other guest expenses are incurred during your stay.
If the reservation is cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. If the reservation is cancelled 30 to 59 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit your $200 deposit. If the reservation is cancelled within 29 days prior to arrival, the full rent and administration fee, less the cleaning fees and sales tax, will be forfeited unless the unit is re-rented, at which point you will only be charged the $50 cancellation fee.
