Hall Bath has shower tub combo, Master Bath has glass step in shower. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, silhouette blinds and a stackable washer/dryer in the closet. Second Bedroom has computer with Internet access, printer and scanner set up at a work area with a library as well. Second Bedroom also has silhouette blinds and easy pull down Queen Murphy bed! Guest has use of common pool area with ocean views and garage parking for 2 cars. NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED!

Payment Policies
A Nonrefundable Damage Waiver Fee of $50.00 is required on every reservation. The Damage Waiver Fee protects you from any UNINTENTIONAL OR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE done in or to the property during your stay. Damage is covered to a maximum of $1,000.00 per stay and is in lieu of a refundable security deposit.

The balance of your payment is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice must be received more than 60 days prior to arrival date, in writing, or you will forfeit all rental sums paid, unless we re-rent the property. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
