This condominium is light and bright, clean as can be and very well equipped. Entry level offers living room with woodstove, dining room with a sliding door to the back deck (trek), kitchen and 1/2 bath. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Close to the Bristlecone entrance and 2 blocks from the public beach. The complex offers tennis courts, adult pool and family pool (summer only) and year round sauna and hot tub (adults only please). Close to the bike trail and boat launch. A little over a mile to Tahoe City. Please note - there are no pets allowed by renters per the homeowners association - however the owners do bring up their two dogs FYI for those of you with allergies.

Please no smoking - no pets. 10% tax, departure cleaning charge, $300.00 refundable security/damage are required in addition to the rental amount.

A 45 day notice of cancellation is required for any reservation. If less than 45 days notice is received any and all monies received may be retained unless the unit is rebooked for the original amount of rent and nights. There is a $100.00 cancellation fee on any cancellation.
