This fabulous Southern near ocean home is designer decorated, complete with three bedrooms, beautiful furnishings and a wonderful and relaxing lagoon -- golf course view on the thirteenth hole (tee box) on the famed Robert Trent Jones Ocean Course. All rooms except one offer this exquisite view. Our favorite time, at sunset, which is from left to right when standing on the deck offers the most peaceful and tranquil setting. Typical of Hilton Head Island scenery long shadows on the golf course and birds flocking to the water to rest for the evening offer a view and serenity second to none. Located five rows from the ocean it features two separate living areas. The formal living area has designer decor and French doors leading to the lanai. The family room offers seating in large casual chairs, matching sleeper sofa and loveseat, TV, VCR, and DVD. To the left of the family room a spacious kitchen with Corian countertops, cherry cabinetry, and all necessary appliances. The breakfast area features rattan table and chairs. For more formal dining, the home features a fabulous contemporary glass dining table with seating for ten, in addition to hardwood floors to complement the room. Hardwood floors flow on into the foyer and down the hall to the bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features a lovely armoire that houses the television and DVD player, and of course a king size bed. The master bath has a separate glass enclosed shower, garden tub with Jacuzzi, large walk in closet and large his/her counter and sinks. In the adjacent bedroom, there are two twin beds, television, game table, DVD, with the same beautiful view of the lagoon and golf as the master bedroom. Both accessible by sliding glass doors to the surrounding deck. The third bedroom has two double beds, TV, VCR, DVD and large walk-in closet. This all connects to the large hall bathroom with separate entrances to the shower/tub and sink/toilet area. All in all, this beautiful home is for your deserved spent time for relaxing on Hilton Head Island. As a final feature, step down the deck stairs to a new heated pool and hot tub after a long day of activity?the sun shines on the pool as early as 9 in the morning. There is also a propane grill. This lovely home is truly a treat for you and your family. After this stay you would not want to go to any other place for your vacation rental. This home is a five minute walk to the beach/ocean, and perfect for your next Hilton Head Island vacatoin. *Wireless internet provided free of charge. *Pool and spa are heated upon request for an additional fee.

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
