Payment Policies
A reservation will only be confirmed, when the 20% deposit on total amount of rental is transferred to and received by USA VACATION HOMES. So it is clear to the customer, that there is no reservation made as long as a deposit has not been paid and the reservation is not being confirmed by USA Vacation Homes.
All arrivals must be fully prepaid (or guaranteed by Credit Card) at least 21 days prior to the first date of occupancy. If not, related reservation will be annulled. Customer will need a written confirmation from USA Vacation Homes to acknowledge his reservation in case of late payment. Keys will never be released if there is an unpaid balance on the booking.
Cancellations are accepted only in writing.
There is no deposit refund for cancellations by customer.
