HILTON HEAD ISLAND RENTAL. Enjoy a fabulous vacation in this beautiful, professionally decorated third row home. This five-bedroom home offers two master suites and great bedroom separation for large parties or multi-family guests. This Hilton Head home has two great rooms for extra living space and is located on a quiet beach path for a minutes walk to the Atlantic waves.
The first master has a king bed, two stuffed chairs, TV, and doors opening to the patio and pool area. This master has a private bathroom with mirrored double vanities, a soaking tub with shower, and large walk in closet. This master is adjacent to the first great room / living room and the powder room.
The 2nd great room / spacious family room is furnished with an overstuffed sofa, two chairs, TV, VCR and is adjacent to an eat-in table with six chairs. The doors from the family room lead to the back patio and pool area. A fully equipped kitchen opens to the family room area and has a breakfast bar area with stools to eat at the breakfast bar or to watch the chefs in the kitchen. The large private dining room is furnished with a table and comfortable dining chairs to seat eight, and a large credenza for serving at mealtimes.
The second master bedroom is located off the family room. This room is furnished with king bedding, comfortable chairs, TV and doors opening to the patio and pool area. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
Eight steps up off the kitchen area is the third bedroom- furnished with a king bed, TV and private full bathroom. This bedroom also offers a twin bed with a trundle bed.
Eight more steps up the hallway and to the second floor are the fourth and fifth bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds, an oversized window seat for naptime or reading, TV/VCR and private bathroom. This room also has a video library for the little ones.
The fifth bedroom has two Double beds, TV private bathroom, and window seating overlooking the backyard and pool area. Your group will enjoy the spacious grassy backyard featuring a private pool, gas grill and only steps to the beach. *Pool heated upon request for an additional fee.

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
