The kitchen offers a wet bar with sink as well as an eat-in area that seats four. Beautifully furnished, the dining room is just off the living area with seating for eight. Two steps down from the living room is the den with a sleeper sofa, sectional sofa TV/DVD, and fabulous ocean views. The master bedroom is located on the main level with a queen bed, TV, DVD and a private bath with a large jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is access to the oceanfront deck. There are three additional bedrooms on this floor, one with a king bed, TV and private bathroom. Another has a king bed, TV/DVD and private bath. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, TV/VCR and private bath. Through a separate entrance of the home, you will find another bedroom with two double beds, TV and a private bath. Thoughtfully crafted and designed, this home offers both privacy and comfort for a relaxing getaway. * Pool can be heated for an additonal fee.

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
