Rates are in US funds and are subject to 8.2% WA sales tax

A booking deposit equal to the cost of 1-night's stay, plus tax, is required to reserve all vacation homes. The balance in full is due 14-days prior to guest(s) scheduled date of arrival*. A credit card # is required on all rentals as a security/damage deposit and guest(s) will be charged for any damages and/or unnecessary housekeeping as per the guest(s) Responsibility Agreement.

All bookings for the period of December 22 - January 2 require payment in full by December 1. If cancelled prior to December 1, the Booking Deposit will be forfeited unless the homes can be re-rented, in which case only the $50.00 (fifty dollar) service charge will apply. After December 1, guests will forfeit the entire rental amount unless the home(s) can be re-rented, in which case only the $50.00 (fifty dollar) service charge will apply.

If cancellation is received 21-days or greater prior to guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Booking Deposit, less a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) Service Charge; 20-14 days will forfeit the Booking Deposit*; less than 14 days will forfeit the entire rental amount*.

Unless the home(s) can be re-rented, in which case only the Fifty Dollar ($50.00) Service Charge will apply.
