Written reservation cancellation or changes must be received at least 31 days prior to arrival date to receive refund less $75.00 cancellation/handling fee. If written cancellation occurs 30 days or less prior to the arrival date, all monies are forfeited. DELAYED ARRIVALS AND EARLY DEPARTURES ARE CONSIDERED CANCELLATION.
