Pets allowed with Fee Cleaning fee $70.00 per stay. Rates are based on up to 2 guests. There is a $10/night charge for each additional person. Weeks are 6 nights from Sunday to Sunday or Friday to Friday Two night minimum, three night minimum during the Fall, three to seven night min for holidays Peak Rates apply during October, November, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and some holidays Rates are subject to change without notice

Payment Policies
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card (Visa, MC, and American Express accepted). A deposit will be charged to guarantee your reservation equal to one night for a weekend reservation and $250-$400 for a week reservation plus a $15 non-refundable reservation fee. Christmas and Thanksgiving weeks will be subject to a $400 deposit upon booking date with 50% of balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Balance is due at check-in. No reservations will be held on declined credit cards. Personal checks only accepted if a valid credit card number is on file and if the check is received 14 days in advance of reservation.
30 days in advance of arrival date - Full refund less $45 (total of cancellation and reservation fee).
29 - 14 days in advance - Deposit is non-refundable. Will be charged full rental amount but may choose alternate non-cancelable dates in same cabin only once, except cancellations for Christmas and Thanksgiving week which will be charged reservation balance unless we can rebook. If we can rebook the holiday week, guest will only lose the initial deposit.
13 days or less in advance - Deposit is non-refundable. Will be charged full rental amount unless we are able to re-book the cabin for the same time period.
Note: No refunds given for early departure, weather conditions or power outages.
