474 Captains Walk is a rare 3BR end-unit villa and is located on the 3rd floor with perfect, unobstructed ocean views. The living room features a queen sofa-sleeper, loveseat, oversized plush chair, TV, DVD, and CD stereo. The balcony, with panoramic views of the ocean, is just off the living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, DVD, private master bath, and beautiful views of the ocean as well. The first guest bedroom offers two twin beds and has a private bath. The second guest bedroom also has two twin beds and has a private entrance to the third bath. The kitchen comes fully equipped including a breakfast bar with three chairs that separates the kitchen and dining room. Off the kitchen is a laundry closet equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer. A separate dining area comes with a table and chairs for six. *This villa includes 2 free hours of tennis per day at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center.

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
