This unit has been refurbished from top to bottom featuring all new furnishings and impeccable decor. A lovely feature is the fabulous panoramic views of Mammoth Rock and the Mountain from the multitude of large picture windows. The kitchen is absolutely stunning with granite counters, slate stone floors, designer custom cabinetry and upscale appliances. All your culinary desires are fulfilled with the numerous small appliances as well as all new cooking and dinnerware. A dining table with seating for four is situated adjacent to the cozy living area offering plenty of seating space, an attractive fire-stove, and a large entertainment center with all the essentials, TV, VCR, DVD, and CD stereo. The entire unit features gorgeous work by Ansel Adams accompanied by local landscape photography. The bedrooms feature contemporary furniture and bedding in rich tones, generous drawer and closet space, designer blinds and lovely views. Each bathroom has been fully remodeled with elegant fixtures and accessories while one of the bathrooms has its own Jacuzzi tub! An enclosed deck allows you to enjoy year-round sunsets, without bugs in the summer and blizzards in the winter. All guests are provided with free long distance throughout their stay. Aspen Creek #222 embodies the essence of luxury and comfort and is sure to make your stay in Mammoth unforgettable. A $300 refundable security deposit is required when renting this unit. This unit does not offer internet. PERSONAL BARBEQUES ARE NOT PERMITTED.Bed Arrangement- A king in the master, a trundle daybed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The maximum occupancy is five guests.Project Amenities- Underground parking with a 6'6" clearance, elevator access, laundry facilities, two spas/saunas, a lovely pool (for summer use), and walking access to the lifts.Summer rates are $190 per night with discounts from 10 to 30% for 4 to 7 night stays. The unit your are booking
is a privately owned comdominiums managed by a local management company. The
units are tastefully decorated by the owner with your comfort in mind. They
are located in residential developements, many have common walls. Please do
not plan large parties, or plan to exceed the number of people allowed in each
home. The property manager is not responsible for changes in furnishings,
bed arrangements, and equipment made by the homeowner.
Holiday minimum day
requirements will vary from 3 to 7 nights depending on the holiday you have
booked. If you have booked a property for less than the minimum stay for that
property, we will contact you to find you another comparable
property. If we are unable to find an alternative property to suit your needs,
we will cancel your reservation at no charge.
Payment. Once you
reserve the property, half of the Total Reservation Amount is due upon confirmation
of this rental. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days
for holiday bookings. If you are reserving a property within 15 days of the
arrival date the Total Reservation Amount is due immediately. We gladly accept
personal checks for reservations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. All
other reservations must be paid by a credit card, money order or cashier’s check.
If you are arriving within two weeks of the booking we will immediately charge
the full amount of your reservation to the credit card given and fax a copy
of the credit card draft along with a confirmation agreement to you
We reserve the right to
cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the
occupancy of the house or non-payment.
Cancellations must
be submitted in writing 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday
periods. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture
of all rental funds. All refunds are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Please
be aware your inquiry is a RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY! A valid credit card is
required to submit this reservation request online.

Confirmation. Your
are submitting a Reservation Request and not guaranteed a booking until confirmed.
You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. We will NOT
charge your credit card without your permission unless you are arriving within
two weeks of the date you make the online reservation request. ALL credit card
sales require a fax signature on a photo copy of the actual credit card draft.
If we are unable to reach you within two days your reservation may be cancelled.
