This impeccably decorated villa is furnished to fit your every need. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a bar to seat four. The dining room table seats six. In the living room you will find a sofa and an armoire with a TV and DVD. This room has an amazing lagoon view. The master bedroom has a King bed, walk-in closet, TV,VCR, DVD, and private bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. This room also has a lagoon view. On the second floor is a lagoon view bedroom equipped with a King-swing bed, TV and DVD, and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has two double beds, a TV and VCR and a private bath with shower only. There is a screened in porch off the dining room, perfect for enjoying the island weather. A sundeck off of the screened porch overlooks the lagoon. There is also a table with seating for 6. A full size washer and dryer are provided for guests use. This spacious villa is just a short walk to the beach and makes a great family vacation destination.

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
