(Great for those walks with the dog) There is also a full kitchen, dining area, full bathroom with tiled flooring, and propane fireplace on this floor. Upstairs you will find another bathroom with tiled floors and a hairdryer as well as an inviting king sized bed all of which overlook the living/dining area.

Payment Policies
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of booking and must be made by check or money order. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits by credit card are accepted through our on-line booking for non holiday periods or by phone when booking date is within 7 days of arrival only. Holiday bookings require a 100% deposit within 7 days of booking by check or money order.
Cancellations must be made 28 days prior to your arrival date for winter and 14 days in summer. For cancellations less than 28/14 days, refunds are contingent on re-booking the unit, less a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee is $50.00. Reservation changes are subject to a $25.00 fee when applicable (Reservation changes may not be available within the cancellation period.)
