The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, loveseat, two chairs, TV, DVD player, stereo and offers a sliding glass door that leads to a private lagoon-side deck. The deck has a rocking chair and built in bench; walk down eight steps to another lagoon view deck with four chairs and two cocktail tables. Seating six, the dining room is just off the fully equipped kitchen with a stackable washer and dryer. The first floor bedroom has a king bed, TV, VCR, and a private bath with tub/shower combination. A private balcony with two chairs has wonderful lagoon views. Fifteen steps lead to the second floor. The landing provides a table with two chair, along with an additional recliner. Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
