There are two sliding doors leading to the balconies facing southeast toward trees with the ocean hidden behind them. The dining room seats six people. The fully equipped kitchen has granite with white cabinets. The 3rd bathroom with shower is located off the main hallway with a stackable washer and dryer. The master bedroom has island plantation style furniture with wicker insets, king size bed with a traditional red damask comforter set, large dresser, flat screen TV, DVD and a slider leading to a balcony. The private bath has a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom also has island plantation style furniture with wicker insets, two double beds with traditional soft blue comforter sets, large dresser, flat screen TV, DVD, VCR and slider leading to balcony. This room also has a private bath with a tub/shower combination. This villa is approximately 1260 square feet, painted a soft straw yellow, with drapes and pineapple finial rods. Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
