HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This great three-level villa is only 50 yards to the beach. The first level offers a master bedroom with a king bed and a guest bedroom with 2 queens. Each has a TV, VCR, private bath, and a sliding glass door to a small patio. On the second level, you will find a nicely decorated living room complete with TV, VCR, DVD, and stereo with surround sound. The dining room seats 6 and leads to a large fully equipped kitchen with added touches such as granite countertops and custom built cabinets. From the dining and living rooms, you will find a sliding glass door, which leads to a large balcony with room for outdoor dining (gas grill provided) and lounging. The spacious balcony even has a slight view of the ocean! Back inside, a spiral staircase leads to a loft with 2 twin beds, a TV, VCR, and full bath. Tastefully appointed, this villa is a wonderful place for a beach retreat.

Payment Policies

When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.

Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.

Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
