Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table for 6 ? this area overlooks a lagoon. A sliding glass door from the dining area leads to a private lagoon-side balcony with outdoor seating for 4. The master suite of this wonderful villa has a king bed, TV, VCR, and a large private bath with a jetted tub and a separate shower. The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom, and feature a queen bed and 2 twin beds, respectively. This spacious villa is 1500 square feet and only 150 yards to the beach!

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
