Payment Policies

Fifty per cent (50%) of the full rental amount, excluding occupancy tax and security deposit, is due to confirm a reservation within fifteen (15) days from the booking date.

Payment in full is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Reservations are subject to cancellation for non-payment. Last minute bookings (less than 30 days prior to arrival) will require a charge card guarantee.

All booked reservations are subject to a $20.00 non-refundable administritive/booking fee.

Cancellations thirty (30) days and less are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Reservations paid for with charge cards and then cancelled will be subject to a five per cent (5%) service/processing fee based on the full rental amount.
