Description

FT204 has a Queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 twins in the guest bedroom. There is a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room for extra guests. No need to buy bottled water. FT204 has a reverse osmosis dringking water system in the kitchen for bottle quality water. The dining table seats 6 plus there are 2 barstools at the breakfast bar. Florence II is right on the beach and gives you a super ocean view. The Florence II's swimming pool is on the beach side of the building so you get to enjoy the beach even while you are relaxing pool side. There is also a Jacuzzi next to the pool. There is even a convenient coin-op laundry room in the building. There is one assigned parking space per condominium and Florence II does have an elevator. Beach chair & umbrella rentals provided by Jim's Beach Service reserve 24 hours in advance by calling 956 761-2130.
