Inn Kohutes sits on two gated acres of spectacular hillside redwood forest, fronting its own winter creek (Kohutes Creek). Surrounded by pristine redwood forest with no homes in sight or sound, this beautiful home has an equally beautiful --and secluded-- setting, yet is also light and airy due to walls of glass and a sunny clearing where the driveway passes in front of the home. Inn Kohutes provides a cabin ambiance with luxurious B&B type beds and all the amenities: wireless high-speed Internet, large hot tub, hammock, fireplace, badminton at the top of the hill, and a separate reading/playroom as well as a loft play space.
A deck wraps around the front and side of the home, with a serene view of the forest, and a picnic table and barbecue is nestled under the redwood trees. Inn Kohutes sleeps six; the master bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom a queen bed, and the third has twin beds close together. The remodeled bath has a Jacuzzi bath with shower. Under the deck is a separate laundry room.
Note: Because this property is adjacent to such a large forested area, guests must pay particular attention to fire risks: absolutely no smoking inside or outside, coals/ash from the barbecue must be emptied into a metal ashcan, and no open fires anywhere on the property.

Payment Policies
PAYMENTS BY CHECK:
If you are paying by check, we allow you five days to return the signed contract with your payment. If there
is sufficient time, you pay 60% of the rent now and the remaining 40% plus tax, cleaning and damage waiver 30 days
before your arrival date.
PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD:
We accept Master Card and Visa. If you are paying by credit card, you must fax back your signed credit card
authorization and the pages of the contract requiring a signature as soon as you've had a chance to review the
contract. Generally we expect it the same day. We will charge the entire balance at once. If the booking is to
occur within ten days we will require credit card authorization by telephone and the charge will be run that same
day.
Once you book a house, that house is off the market to anyone else. Therefore, all payments for bookings are non-refundable unless we re-book the house, in which case there is a $50 cancellation fee. Although we generally do re-book given a reasonable amount of time, there is no guarantee that we will. Full refunds are available if flood warnings affecting your rental are posted within 3 days of arrival date. If prior to or upon your arrival, your house is not available due to any condition or problem beyond our control, we will move you to a reasonably comparable house, providing one is available.
