The lower level has the game room with foosball,ping pong, wet bar, microwave, TV/VCR and full size refrigerator. There is also a full bath and a bedroom with two bunks. The mid level has a queen master bedroom with TV/VCR, a queen bedroom with TV/VCR, a master bedroom with two single beds, a bunk bedroom, the laundry and a full bath. The top level has a queen bedroom with TV/VCR, a full bath and the living areas with a pool table, wide screen TV/VCR/DVD Nice views of the Currituck Lighthouse and partial views of the ocean from the top deck. The enclosed pool and hot tub are on the ground level just off the game room. The community also has two pools, tennis courts, and for a small fee, a fitness center.

Policies
Payment Policies
To confirm your reservation, you'll need to send an advance rent payment equal to one half of the reservation period's rental amount plus a $60.00 non-refundable administrative fee, your trip cancellation insurance premium (if applicable) and any applicable security deposit within 7 days. Upon receipt of your payment, a lease will be forwarded to you confirming your reservation. The balance of your rent and taxes will be due 45 days prior to your arrival. You may pay this balance by personal check, check authorization over the phone (call our office for arrangements), money order, or cashiers check. All payments must be made in U.S. Funds.
For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, we must receive payment in full within 3 business days of booking. For resevations made within 10 days of arrival, payment is expected by the end of that same day.
Once your reservations have been confirmed by payment and you are unable to fulfill your obligation to occupy a rental unit, Sun Realty must be notified in writing. All attempts will be made to re-rent the property but if we are unable to re-rent the unit, no money will be returned. If the property is re-rented, then rent consideration (rent, taxes, security deposit) previously tendered by Tenant will be refunded, less $90.00. Please note Trip Cancellation insurance premium paid (if applicable) and the administrative fee are not refundable. If you have purchased Trip Cancellation Insurance at the time of making your reservation please refer to your policy for instructions on recovering your loss due to cancellation.
