Timberline is centrally located in town offering easy access to shopping, dining and shuttle locations. Unit #51 is a two bedroom/ two bathroom townhome that has undergone some recent upgrades. The first thing guests will notice is the new slate tile entryway and lovely burgundy carpet that has been installed throughout the unit. Both the bedrooms are located downstairs and offer plenty of drawer and closet space. The master is furnished with a queen size bed and cute new bedding. The room is also equipped with a TV and VCR. The second bedroom is spacious and is furnished with a Eurobunk. Both the bathrooms have newer fixtures and new flooring. The living room has plenty of sitting space and is warmed by a free standing fire stove set over marble tile flooring. The living area also offers a TV with VCR, DVD and a nice stereo. Just off the living area is a large deck that opens to the back of the complex, ideal for its private location. In the kitchen all your cooking needs are provided. Enjoy a meal at the dining table with seating for six or the two barstools situated at the breakfast counter. This unit is cozy and priced right for both summer and winter stays! This unit does not offer internet access.Bed Arrangement: A queen in the master, a eurobunk in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The maximum occupancy is seven guests.Project Amenities: An on-site recreation room, common area pool and spa, central laundry facilities, and parking right outside your unit. Rates: The summer rate is $135 per night. The winter midweek rate is $195 and the weekend rate is $235 per night.

The unit your are booking
is a privately owned comdominiums managed by a local management company. The
units are tastefully decorated by the owner with your comfort in mind. They
are located in residential developements, many have common walls. Please do
not plan large parties, or plan to exceed the number of people allowed in each
home. The property manager is not responsible for changes in furnishings,
bed arrangements, and equipment made by the homeowner.
Holiday minimum day
requirements will vary from 3 to 7 nights depending on the holiday you have
booked. If you have booked a property for less than the minimum stay for that
property, we will contact you to find you another comparable
property. If we are unable to find an alternative property to suit your needs,
we will cancel your reservation at no charge.
Payment. Once you
reserve the property, half of the Total Reservation Amount is due upon confirmation
of this rental. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days
for holiday bookings. If you are reserving a property within 15 days of the
arrival date the Total Reservation Amount is due immediately. We gladly accept
personal checks for reservations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. All
other reservations must be paid by a credit card, money order or cashier’s check.
If you are arriving within two weeks of the booking we will immediately charge
the full amount of your reservation to the credit card given and fax a copy
of the credit card draft along with a confirmation agreement to you
We reserve the right to
cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the
occupancy of the house or non-payment.
Cancellations must
be submitted in writing 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday
periods. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture
of all rental funds. All refunds are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Please
be aware your inquiry is a RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY! A valid credit card is
required to submit this reservation request online.

Confirmation. Your
are submitting a Reservation Request and not guaranteed a booking until confirmed.
You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. We will NOT
charge your credit card without your permission unless you are arriving within
two weeks of the date you make the online reservation request. ALL credit card
sales require a fax signature on a photo copy of the actual credit card draft.
If we are unable to reach you within two days your reservation may be cancelled.
