Silver Bear condominiums are located on Lakeview Boulevard just steps from the Canyon Lodge ski lifts. Unit #35 is a non-smoking two bedroom, two bathroom condo that is sunny, spacious and open with many large windows that let in plenty of light and offer lovely views. The amenities and furnishings of this unit offer comfort, convenience, and practicality that enhance vacation experiences of modern travelers and families. The unit is equipped with wired/wireless high-speed internet, a private office desk space, cordless phone with free long distance calls. The in-unit washer/dryer and the well equipped kitchen with gourmet cookware and accessories will make you feel right at home. The furnishings with a unique blend of antique and contemporary styles, combining with hardwood floors, lovely throw rugs, plantation blinds and walls with soothing tones and mountain flower décor set a special and pleasant atmosphere. This unit is one of the few in Silver Bear to have a private deck complete with patio furniture for you to enjoy the fresh mountain air and views while reading the paper with coffee. The large living room has two new large sofas offering plenty of comfortable seating situated perfectly so everyone in the party may together watch the TV/DVD and enjoy the warmth and coziness of the gas burning rock fireplace. The dining area has a large window offering light and view, and an oak dining table with seating for six plus additional three barstool seating at the kitchen counter. Entertainment units are equipped with 3 cable TVs, 2 DVDs, 1 VCR, and stereo with CD. Two large bedrooms are furnished with king size beds, flatscreen TVs, alarm clocks and phones, with each room featuring plenty of closet and dresser spaces; comfortable, warm(down) beddings; and attached full-size bathroom. The master bedroom has a private office desk by the window, and the second bedroom has a couch by the window. The condo includes underground garage parking for one car and an additional outside parking space. The Project offers elevator, outdoor heated pool, two spas, sauna, game room and gas barbeque grill. Bed Arrangement: A king in the master bedroom; a king in the second bedroom; and a sofa sleeper with air mattress and electric pump in the living area (best for small adult or children). Policies
The unit your are booking
is a privately owned comdominiums managed by a local management company. The
units are tastefully decorated by the owner with your comfort in mind. They
are located in residential developements, many have common walls. Please do
not plan large parties, or plan to exceed the number of people allowed in each
home. The property manager is not responsible for changes in furnishings,
bed arrangements, and equipment made by the homeowner.
Holiday minimum day
requirements will vary from 3 to 7 nights depending on the holiday you have
booked. If you have booked a property for less than the minimum stay for that
property, we will contact you to find you another comparable
property. If we are unable to find an alternative property to suit your needs,
we will cancel your reservation at no charge.
Payment. Once you
reserve the property, half of the Total Reservation Amount is due upon confirmation
of this rental. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days
for holiday bookings. If you are reserving a property within 15 days of the
arrival date the Total Reservation Amount is due immediately. We gladly accept
personal checks for reservations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. All
other reservations must be paid by a credit card, money order or cashier’s check.
If you are arriving within two weeks of the booking we will immediately charge
the full amount of your reservation to the credit card given and fax a copy
of the credit card draft along with a confirmation agreement to you
We reserve the right to
cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the
occupancy of the house or non-payment.
Cancellations must
be submitted in writing 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday
periods. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture
of all rental funds. All refunds are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Please
be aware your inquiry is a RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY! A valid credit card is
required to submit this reservation request online.

Confirmation. Your
are submitting a Reservation Request and not guaranteed a booking until confirmed.
You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. We will NOT
charge your credit card without your permission unless you are arriving within
two weeks of the date you make the online reservation request. ALL credit card
sales require a fax signature on a photo copy of the actual credit card draft.
If we are unable to reach you within two days your reservation may be cancelled.
