Master bedroom has a king size bed with it's own full bathroom and the second bedroom holds a queen size bed. The living room has a queen hide-a-bed. Enjoy this newly remodeled unit which boasts an open floor plan, Color TV/VCR, Stereo, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a deck on each floor with partial views of Avalon Harbor and town from top deck. BBQ on the bottom deck. Take the elevator past the pool to the 2nd floor, walk through to the end of the hall. No Smoking please.

Payment Policies
A $200 deposit is due at the time of booking the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
We request and keep on file a credit card number from you as a security deposit (VISA, MasterCard). The card will be charged if damages, fines, or other guest expenses are incurred during your stay.
If the reservation is cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. If the reservation is cancelled 30 to 59 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit your $200 deposit. If the reservation is cancelled within 29 days prior to arrival, the full rent and administration fee, less the cleaning fees and sales tax, will be forfeited unless the unit is re-rented, at which point you will only be charged the $50 cancellation fee.
