A family room offers a wet bar with seating for 6, TV, refrigerator, ice maker, wine refrigerator and dishwasher. This room also features a 65? TV, VCR, DVD, pool table and sleeper sofa. Off the family room is a loft/kids? bedroom with TV, VCR and DVD. Bedding in this room includes a bunk bed with twin top, full size bottom, and twin trundle. This room shares a full bath with the family room. The master bedroom on the first floor offers a king bed, TV, VCR, DVD, private bath with separate tub and shower, two walk-in closets and a great lagoon view. Adjacent to the master is a library with queen sleeper sofa, TV, VCR, and DVD. Three more bedrooms are located on the second floor. The first has a king bed, TV, VCR, DVD and private bath. Next is a bedroom with two queens, TV, VCR, DVD and private bath with separate tub and shower. The fifth bedroom has a king bed, TV, VCR, DVD and private and private bath. Outdoors you will find a wonderful pool area with heated* pool and spa. There is a great back deck and plenty of room for outdoor dining and lounging. This home is across the street from the beach path and is less than a 5-minute walk to the ocean. *Pool and spa may be heated upon request for an additional fee.

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
