Rated Premiere, Snowflower #28 is a spacious two bedroom with a loft, three bathroom town home that offers both style and comfort. This bright corner unit has lots of windows, cozy window seats and has been decorated with modern mountain decor. It features pine accents, brand new furnishings throughout, new carpeting and slate flooring. The living room is inviting with its open beam ceiling, handsome sectional sofa, home theater with DVD/VCR and Surround Sound stereo. Relax in front of a warm fire after a long day or whip up something fabulous in the fully equipped kitchen for your family and friends. Just off from the living area is a spacious deck offering gorgeous views of Mammoth Mountain and the Sherwin Mountain range. Both bedrooms are master suites with queen size beds, attached bathrooms, TV?s with a VCR and plentiful closet space. All three bathrooms have been renovated with new Shaker style cabinetry, tile counter tops, modern fixtures and slate flooring. The loft is furnished with two queen beds dressed with attractive new comforter sets and a cozy bay window for optimal sunlight and even more great views. We offer free unlimited domestic and international long distance in all of our condos. This unit does not offer internet access.Bed Arrangement: A queen in the master, a queen in the second and two queens in the loft. The maximum occupancy is eight people. NO SLEEPER SOFA. Project Amenities: Pool, tennis courts and gas barbeque in the summer, spa and sauna year round. Winter rates are: midweek $310, weekend $360. Ask about our four or more night specials. Summer rate is $235 per night with discounts of 10 to 30% for stays of four or more nights.

The unit your are booking is a privately owned comdominiums managed by a local management company. The units are tastefully decorated by the owner with your comfort in mind. They are located in residential developements, many have common walls. Please do not plan large parties, or plan to exceed the number of people allowed in each home. The property manager is not responsible for changes in furnishings, bed arrangements, and equipment made by the homeowner.

Holiday minimum day requirements will vary from 3 to 7 nights depending on the holiday you have booked. If you have booked a property for less than the minimum stay for that property, we will contact you to find you another comparable property. If we are unable to find an alternative property to suit your needs, we will cancel your reservation at no charge.

Payment. Once you reserve the property, half of the Total Reservation Amount is due upon confirmation of this rental. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday bookings. If you are reserving a property within 15 days of the arrival date the Total Reservation Amount is due immediately. We gladly accept personal checks for reservations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. All other reservations must be paid by a credit card, money order or cashier’s check. If you are arriving within two weeks of the booking we will immediately charge the full amount of your reservation to the credit card given and fax a copy of the credit card draft along with a confirmation agreement to you

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the occupancy of the house or non-payment.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday periods. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of all rental funds. All refunds are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Please be aware your inquiry is a RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY! A valid credit card is required to submit this reservation request online.

Confirmation. Your are submitting a Reservation Request and not guaranteed a booking until confirmed. You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. We will NOT charge your credit card without your permission unless you are arriving within two weeks of the date you make the online reservation request. ALL credit card sales require a fax signature on a photo copy of the actual credit card draft. If we are unable to reach you within two days your reservation may be cancelled.
