It's like Home. The unit is clean and has a nice Kitchen. We love it because it's close to everything and to the Beach.
The only thing that's not good is the Water Pressure in the Shower. It has low pressure making "taking shower" longer.

Positive: Great unit. Feels like home. Last floor. Full kitchen. Good microwave. Nice clean bathroom. Great air conditioning. Short walk to the beach.
Negative: Beds are not comfortable. Low water pressure. Construction work of a building next to it starts at 6:15am and goes until late at night. Tried resolving the issue (vilation of the code, since they are not supposed to start until 8am) by calling the S.P.rentals, they refered to local authorities. Basically was was never resolved. There was also remodelling in the building during the day. Cannot sleep in the afternoon.
