La Residence #8 is a cute corner unit set in an ideal, central location in town. The unit is a cozy one bedroom plus loft with two bathrooms. The owners have done some nice renovations to the unit which give it a nice bright look. There is attractive new tile in the entryway and kitchen and a new pellet stove in a river rock encasement that warms the living area. A large sofa and loveseat provide more than enough seating room for you and your guests and there is a TV with DVD and CD stereo for your entertainment needs. Every room is painted in vibrant, yet tasteful, colors that compliment the artwork throughout and enhance the warmth of the home. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom along with a TV and spacious walk in closet. In the loft there is a queen size bed with all new coordinating furniture and a TV. Blinds have been installed for added privacy and the loft does have its own bathroom, complete with a shower and bathtub. The kitchen is bright and inviting with freshly painted cabinets, new countertops, and some upgraded appliances. Just off the living area is a dining table with seating for four. This condo offers a great location with cozy accommodations and is priced right for your mountain getaway. This unit does not offer internet access.Bed Arrangement: A king in the master, a queen in the loft, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The maximum occupancy is six guests.Project Amenities: On site pool and spa, parking right outside the unit, shuttle access. The unit your are booking
is a privately owned comdominiums managed by a local management company. The
units are tastefully decorated by the owner with your comfort in mind. They
are located in residential developements, many have common walls. Please do
not plan large parties, or plan to exceed the number of people allowed in each
home. The property manager is not responsible for changes in furnishings,
bed arrangements, and equipment made by the homeowner.
Holiday minimum day
requirements will vary from 3 to 7 nights depending on the holiday you have
booked. If you have booked a property for less than the minimum stay for that
property, we will contact you to find you another comparable
property. If we are unable to find an alternative property to suit your needs,
we will cancel your reservation at no charge.
Payment. Once you
reserve the property, half of the Total Reservation Amount is due upon confirmation
of this rental. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days
for holiday bookings. If you are reserving a property within 15 days of the
arrival date the Total Reservation Amount is due immediately. We gladly accept
personal checks for reservations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. All
other reservations must be paid by a credit card, money order or cashier’s check.
If you are arriving within two weeks of the booking we will immediately charge
the full amount of your reservation to the credit card given and fax a copy
of the credit card draft along with a confirmation agreement to you
We reserve the right to
cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the
occupancy of the house or non-payment.
Cancellations must
be submitted in writing 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday
periods. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture
of all rental funds. All refunds are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Please
be aware your inquiry is a RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY! A valid credit card is
required to submit this reservation request online.

Confirmation. Your
are submitting a Reservation Request and not guaranteed a booking until confirmed.
You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. We will NOT
charge your credit card without your permission unless you are arriving within
two weeks of the date you make the online reservation request. ALL credit card
sales require a fax signature on a photo copy of the actual credit card draft.
If we are unable to reach you within two days your reservation may be cancelled.
