We did not get maid service for 2 days...no clean towels...had to call for the service. Also one of the downstairs toilets often failed to flush.

We loved the place we rented but it was obvious that it needed some cleaning and care. Lamps were without bulbs, the carpet was horribly dirty and no vacuum to even try to clean it, and some rooms were obvious not dusted for some time. Since we had some toddlers who spent a lot of time on the floor, it was disappointing to find the carpet so dirty. It was wonderful, however, to find the unit so well set up for small children. It really was a nicely set up place - just needed some cleaning and care.

We stayed in Unit 5. It was very nicely furnished, and had every amenity possible (except maybe a few more towels b/c you run out if a lot of people use the hot tub.) We had a great time and will return soon.
