We checked in on 7/8/06 and out on 7/22/06. We attempted our first use of the dryer on 7/09/06 and found it was broken RMI was notified promptly but we did not have use of a dryer in our condo the entire two weeks of our vacation. Someone came out on 7/10/06 but left and it was never repaired. We spent way two much of our time lugging our wet clothes to a very hot laundry instead of using our time for fun. We had to rent a car to do this. We are from California and very recycle conscious. We do not own a dishwasher and did not use the dishwasher in the condo until the last day on check out as stated in clean up procedures we loaded unclean dishes in washer. However the dish washer was full of filthy water that had apparently been in washer for two weeks and since we had never opened dishwasher until last day we did not notice it so we pulled out and washed up all the dishes. We have rented at Santa Rosa Dunes four times and probably will again but never thru RMI. We felt RMI did not honor its contract in good faith and the unit we had was in terrible disrepair. I will definitely call you and ask how to look at all the property review next year as when I was reviewing these units I did not see these reviews. Cheryle Miller
