Deck features an enclosed area with Gas BBQ plus shared ladder/stairs off deck to both the 3rd bedroom and walkway to the sand. The Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave, and granite counters. The 3rd bedroom offers a hide away feeling with lifted tub in bathroom with fantastic ocean views, enjoy a cocktail while relaxing in the tub from the kitchenette area with microwave, sink and mini fridge! This bedroom also has a sitting area with TV and VCR and full panoramic ocean views with door leading to wooden walkway with steps to the sand. Payment Policies
A Nonrefundable Damage Waiver Fee of $50.00 is required on every reservation. The Damage Waiver Fee protects you from any UNINTENTIONAL OR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE done in or to the property during your stay. Damage is covered to a maximum of $1,000.00 per stay and is in lieu of a refundable security deposit.

The balance of your payment is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice must be received more than 60 days prior to arrival date, in writing, or you will forfeit all rental sums paid, unless we re-rent the property. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
