It is approximately a half mile drive to Eagle Express Lift. Unit #24 is a three bedroom, two bathroom corner unit furnished with contemporary furnishings and upscale appliances. The decor of this unit features beautiful furnishings and cabin decor essential for a cozy mountain getaway. The living area offers a flat-screen, high definition TV with DVD, a gas fireplace, and a large sectional sofa all in an open and spacious setting. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen and dining area with a dining table that will sit eight comfortably. The same area also opens up to a large deck offering a beautiful view of the course. The gourmet kitchen is absolutely stunning with stainless steel appliances, a Viking-style range, granite tile counters, and upscale cookware. The master bedroom features upscale wooden furniture with mountain cabin bedding, a spacious walk-in closet, and a flatscreen TV with DVD. You will also enjoy a large master bathroom with elegant granite counters and slate stone floors, lovely fixtures over a double sink vanity with separate shower and tub. The additional rooms also boast new wooden furnishings with a queen in one room and a set of twins in the third bedroom. Other amenities offered in this unit are a washer/dryer combo, FREE high-speed wireless internet and FREE domestic and international long distance. This unit does not offer internet.Bed Arrangement: A queen size bed in the master, an additional queen in the second bedroom, a set of twins in the third, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The maximum occupancy is eight guests.The summer rates for this unit are $240 per night. The winter rates are, $495 weekends, $445 midweek nights and $570 to $645 on holidays. Project Amenities: A large spa, unique fire pit and barbeque area, underground parking, and a Green Line Shuttle that stops a quarter mile from the complex.

The unit your are booking
is a privately owned comdominiums managed by a local management company. The
units are tastefully decorated by the owner with your comfort in mind. They
are located in residential developements, many have common walls. Please do
not plan large parties, or plan to exceed the number of people allowed in each
home. The property manager is not responsible for changes in furnishings,
bed arrangements, and equipment made by the homeowner.
Holiday minimum day
requirements will vary from 3 to 7 nights depending on the holiday you have
booked. If you have booked a property for less than the minimum stay for that
property, we will contact you to find you another comparable
property. If we are unable to find an alternative property to suit your needs,
we will cancel your reservation at no charge.
Payment. Once you
reserve the property, half of the Total Reservation Amount is due upon confirmation
of this rental. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days
for holiday bookings. If you are reserving a property within 15 days of the
arrival date the Total Reservation Amount is due immediately. We gladly accept
personal checks for reservations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. All
other reservations must be paid by a credit card, money order or cashier’s check.
If you are arriving within two weeks of the booking we will immediately charge
the full amount of your reservation to the credit card given and fax a copy
of the credit card draft along with a confirmation agreement to you
We reserve the right to
cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the
occupancy of the house or non-payment.
Cancellations must
be submitted in writing 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday
periods. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture
of all rental funds. All refunds are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Please
be aware your inquiry is a RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY! A valid credit card is
required to submit this reservation request online.

Confirmation. Your
are submitting a Reservation Request and not guaranteed a booking until confirmed.
You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. We will NOT
charge your credit card without your permission unless you are arriving within
two weeks of the date you make the online reservation request. ALL credit card
sales require a fax signature on a photo copy of the actual credit card draft.
If we are unable to reach you within two days your reservation may be cancelled.
