The dining area has carpet and a spacious table that seats six. The living room is a large carpeted area with a sleeper sofa, love seat, TV, VCR, stereo, and door to the screened in balcony. The first of three bedrooms is off of the living area. It has carpet, a king bed, walk in closet, TV, door to balcony, and a private bathroom. The bathroom has tile floor, double sink, Jacuzzi tub and shower. The second and third bedrooms are to the right of the entry. The second bedroom has a king bed, carpet, TV, walk in closet, door to balcony, and a private bathroom. The bathroom has tile floor, double sinks, Jacuzzi tub, and shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds, carpet, walk in closet, and access to the third bathroom. The third bathroom can be accessed through the third bedroom or the hallway. It has tile floor and a tub/shower combination. This villa also has a large screened in balcony with a table that seats six. When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
