This is a nice centraly located complex and a nice unit design for 2 couples or a family. Our stay was enjoyable for the most part but unfortunately there are a few things in disrepair. The master bath exhaust fan does not work, the kitchen light fixture is broken and needs to be replaced and the sofas do not have back cushions which make them uncomfortable to sit in. we had the repair staff over twice to fix the light and finally made them take the lens cover assembly down since it was half falling off and could not be made to stay up. What was disheartening was that they came the first time and when unable to make a repair they just left it in the state it was in. Further investigation on our part with the management company indicated that these points have been brought up 2 or 3 times in the past this season and nothing is being done about it. There is an issue here between ownership and management that needs to be resolved. At the present time this unit has one of the higher quality ratings but it is not up to par.
