Decor certainly lacking. Ceiling has hanging tape, sofa was stained and pillows on sofa coming apart. Drapes over door main level offered no privacy to sofa bed. Kitchen cutlery was scant. Decking needs some smoothing, too many splinters. Water hose or decking needs to be extended to steps below to keep sand out of condo.
