There is a private ONE car garage connected below with 44 stairs from the garage to the front door. The condo was entirely remodeled and decorator furnished in a great lodge feel with beautiful warm mountain decor. It offers rustic slate flooring, vaulted wood ceilings and the windows are big and plentiful. The great room is warm and comfortable with a wood burning fireplace, 32" flat screen TV, cable, DVD player and stereo/CD system. There are leather sofas and fabulous artwork creating an inviting environment. The gourmet kitchen's alder cabinetry, granite counters and GE stainless steel appliances make it easy to prepare a morning espresso or a romantic dinner. The adjacent dining area features a pine farmhouse table with 6 upholstered chairs. The main level bedroom has inviting bedding, accent wall paint, TV/VCR/DVD, vintage Mammoth photography and tree top views. The natural log staircase leads up to an expanded open-rail loft with a queen bed and twin trundle bed, all with cozy bedding. The adjacent master suite has a king size bed with luxurious bedding, accent wall paint, an LCD flat panel TV, beautiful art and large corner windows with slope views. This is a wonderful location for festive gatherings or a quiet location for a romantic retreat. FREE unlimited long distance is offered with this residence. This complex has a TWO CAR MAXIMUM, which is strictly enforced and both cars must be parked in the garage. Courchevel #14 also offers a computer and complimentary internet access. Winter rates are; midweek $375, weekend $425, holiday $490 to $550 per night. Summer rates are $190 per night with discounts from 10 to 30%, 4 to 7 nights. Amenities include; garage parking, views, spa, sauna, swimming pool, and laundry facilities, onsite.line booking. There are 44 steps to the front door from the parking garage.Bedding arrangements; king in the master, queen in the second bedroom, loft has a queen and a twin trundle. There is a queen size sleeper in the great room. Maximum occupancy is 8.

The unit your are booking
is a privately owned comdominiums managed by a local management company. The
units are tastefully decorated by the owner with your comfort in mind. They
are located in residential developements, many have common walls. Please do
not plan large parties, or plan to exceed the number of people allowed in each
home. The property manager is not responsible for changes in furnishings,
bed arrangements, and equipment made by the homeowner.
Holiday minimum day
requirements will vary from 3 to 7 nights depending on the holiday you have
booked. If you have booked a property for less than the minimum stay for that
property, we will contact you to find you another comparable
property. If we are unable to find an alternative property to suit your needs,
we will cancel your reservation at no charge.
Payment. Once you
reserve the property, half of the Total Reservation Amount is due upon confirmation
of this rental. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days
for holiday bookings. If you are reserving a property within 15 days of the
arrival date the Total Reservation Amount is due immediately. We gladly accept
personal checks for reservations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. All
other reservations must be paid by a credit card, money order or cashier’s check.
If you are arriving within two weeks of the booking we will immediately charge
the full amount of your reservation to the credit card given and fax a copy
of the credit card draft along with a confirmation agreement to you
We reserve the right to
cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the
occupancy of the house or non-payment.
Cancellations must
be submitted in writing 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday
periods. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture
of all rental funds. All refunds are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Please
be aware your inquiry is a RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY! A valid credit card is
required to submit this reservation request online.

Confirmation. Your
are submitting a Reservation Request and not guaranteed a booking until confirmed.
You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. We will NOT
charge your credit card without your permission unless you are arriving within
two weeks of the date you make the online reservation request. ALL credit card
sales require a fax signature on a photo copy of the actual credit card draft.
If we are unable to reach you within two days your reservation may be cancelled.
