Great location! Wonderful to have so many restaurant choices within walking distance, easy access to the gondola and ski rental services and the bus stop right in front. The unit is nice and new with great amenities (dvd player, WiFi).

The towel exchange process, despite following the instructions, was not timely. It was provided by an off site service. There are no housekeeping or facilities services on site when not renting through the hotel/lodge itself. Other perks, such as bath robes for the pool/jacuzzi area, are also not available. Otherwise, the services are fine. I would stay at The Village again, without a doubt.
