Payment Policies
We request the final payment in full 30 days prior to check-in, we will accept personal checks or money orders for this payment. ALL MONIES WILL BE DEPOSITED IN AN INSURED INTEREST BEARING ESCROW ACCOUNT WITH THE INTEREST ACCRUED TO THE CREDIT OF CENTURY 21 Coastland Realty, Inc. at Bank of America, NA Emerald Isle. Century 21 Coastland Realty, Inc. may, from time to time, forward, advance reservation payments (not to exceed 50% of total rent). Returned check fee is $25.00.
If it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation your deposit will only be refunded if your unit is rerented and confirmed with a deposit. If we are able to rerent the unit for the same period as your original reservation we will refund your advance deposit, less the $25 reservation fee. If for some reason we are unable to rerent your unit for the same time period, you must file a claim with CSA Travel Protection. If you choose not to purchase CSA Travel Protection, CENTURY 21 Coastland Realty will be unable to issue any refunds due to cancellations and vacation interruptions including hurricane evacuations. Reimbursement by CSA is subject to insurance policy terms and conditions.
