There is a large pool, spa, and a great deck with a gas grill--with well designed landscaping so that it is very private. You cannot only hear the ocean on the deck, but you also have a slight view. The main level has a spacious living area with an open floor plan including the kitchen, dining area, breakfast nook, and great room with vaulted ceiling and lots of windows. The great room has a 55 inch flat panel TV, stereo system, and DVD player. There is also a sleeper sofa, love seat, two upholstered bucket chairs with ottomans and a recliner. The dining room seats 8. The breakfast nook with lovely windows and view seats 6, and there are six bar stools along the kitchen bar. The kitchen has sleek Corian counters, modern appliances, gorgeous Travestine tile and because of the open floor plan, you can feel connected to the rest of the lower level and the outdoors. There is a half bath and laundry room adjacent to the kitchen area.
There are two bedrooms on the main level. The huge master suite has a king bed, TV/DVD, lovely bathroom with beautiful, large Travestine tile, oversized jacuzzi tub with skylight, large separate step-in shower, double vanities, and a large walk-in closet. The master bedroom also has its own entrance to the deck, pool and jacuzzi. The second bedroom has two twin beds, TV, and private full bath. The upper level has two additional bedrooms. The first is another master suite with a king bed, Plasma TV, and beautiful, huge private bathroom with oversized jacuzzi tub and separate shower. This bathroom is very light and airy feeling due to large windows. The second bedroom upstairs has two twin beds, TV and large private full bathroom. Other features include wireless internet access, a two car garage and laundry room with full-sized deluxe washer/dryer and utility sink.

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
