This two-story, contemporary home is approximately 3100 square feet. It is less than half a mile to the ocean. The downtown shops and restaurants of Pacific Grove are only a ten-minute drive. If you are bringing your clubs, the nearest public golf course is Poppy Hills, about one mile from the house.
The property is equipped for your entertainment with Cable TV,DVD, and stereo in the living room, cable TV and VCR in the upstairs master bedroom, and cable TV in a guest bedroom.
You will find fireplace in the living room. In addition to the warmth generated by the fireplace, the house is heated by central forced air. The maximum number of guests (including children) who may be accommodated at this property is eight. All rooms in the home are located on the street level with the exception of the large master suite upstairs.
The upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath, featuring a Jacuzzi tub and separate stall shower with double sinks. An additional master suite on the first level also has a King bed and private bath, the third bedroom has one queen bed and the fourth bedroom has two twins. This home offers a total of three and a half bathrooms. A washer and electric dryer are conveniently located inside the laundry room on the first level.
You will enjoy the outdoor spaces at this property as well as the indoor spaces! The large deck out back has patio furniture and a barbecue and is a great place for an outdoor dinner. You will also enjoy the hot tub later in the evening when the stars come out.
This property has carpet throughout the home. Your family can spread out in this comfortable home featuring a kitchen that opens to the large dining area and to the family room. The dining table seats ten people comfortably. The kitchen is well-equipped for a light breakfast or a full dinner! Meal preparation is easy with a full-size refrigerator, an electric range/oven combination and the handy microwave oven. The dishwasher and disposal make clean-up a breeze!
Each home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably. It is the philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that you should need to bring nothing with you except your clothes and your groceries when you are a guest in our vacation rental homes. Other features that will enhance your enjoyment of this home is that it has WIRELESS DSL, as well as an X-BOX GAME MACHINE (games not included)! If stairs are a consideration for anyone in your party, please note that the entry door to the property is up a short flight of three stairs.

Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.
