Up the stairs are 2 bedrooms nicely decorated, tastefully painted and the master bedroom has a TV and VCR. In addition there is a full bath also just remodeled. There is no fireplace. Located just minutes from Tahoe City and several ski resorts and just a few blocks to the Lake, this condo is a fantastic vacation retreat year round. The complex offers hot tub (adult), sauna, 2 pools (summer), tennis courts (summer) and is a short stroll to a public beach. The complex is centrally located about 2 miles east of Tahoe city. A perfect get-away.

A 10% tax, departure cleaning fee, and refundable security/damage deposit are required in addition to nightly rate.

A 45 day notice of cancellation is required for any reservation. If less than 45 days notice is received any and all monies received may be retained unless the unit is rebooked for the original amount of rent and nights. There is a $100.00 cancellation fee on any cancellation.
