If your idea of a perfect vacation involves tall pine trees, a babbling creek, and a private condo then this is the spot for you! This unit is tucked back next to the creek and is fully equipped! The kitchen and bathroom have just been remodeled with granite counter tops, new cabinets and new kitchen appliances. The two decks off the back of the condo overlook the creek, and in the summer the upper deck has a charcoal BBQ. The living room has comfortable recliners, a queen size sofa sleeper and a wood fireplace. During the summer the pool and tennis courts are available, and the fitness room is open year round! This condo does have two foam sleeping pads that could accomidate two sleeping children if you need.

A 10% tax, departure cleaning fee, and refundable security/damage deposit are required in addition to nightly rate. Please no smoking and no pets.

A 45 day notice of cancellation is required for any reservation. If less than 45 days notice is received any and all monies received may be retained unless the unit is rebooked for the original amount of rent and nights. There is a $100.00 cancellation fee on any cancellation.
