Nice view from the balcony. July can be uncomfortably hot in Mammoth. In other condos we have rented there, after being away all day we would return to find the condo like an oven inside. But not this one. For us, the best feature of this condo is that during the day it remained cooler than the outside air, and was comfortable inside at the end of the day.
