I don't consider a pony-wall separation as a separate room, I think it was deceiving. The place was a mess!! Trash in the living room, the kitchen had not been swept, pans under the stove had to be washed prior to using, and the magazines were covered in dust. Yuck! Also three of our guests fell outside the condo because no one bothered to salt or deal with the icy conditions. I would not stay here again.

I would rate my stay at Condo #46 as "fair". The appliances and furnishings were updated tastefully. Shortcomings included: front door hard to open/close, leaky, unusable faucets, noisy owner's live in Condo #47, ran out of hot water for showers everyday for 2 adults & 2 small kids.

Hot water heater was too small for more than one person to take a shower. Other than that, not a bad place.
