The hot water heater appeared to be brand new, but one person could shower for less than five minutes and the water would be freezing cold. The water would not be hot again for about 45 minutes. When we first arrived the room was less than 60 degrees and we were unable to get the heat to work. We contacted maintenance and they sent someone the next day. The room took an extremely long time to heat up to a comfortable degree.
