The only problem in the unit was the broken VCR, which also meant no X-box, so whining teens. Other than that, the unit was very comfortable, truly ski-in, ski-out. The heated garage was very welcome and allowed us to leave skis and boards in the car, a necessity given the smaller-than-a-broom- closet ski locker that came with the unit.
