Cancellations and/or changes 14 days in winter or 2 days in summer prior to arrival will result in a $35 service charge per room reserved. Cancellations and/or changes within 14 days in winter and 2 days in summer of arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Upon check-in payment is required for the entire reservation and taxes, which are non-refundable. Late arrivals and any package changes may result in rate and availability charges, or forfeiture of entire package amount plus tax.

Reservations are non-refundable once paid in full for all room fees and taxes that apply. In the event of a cancellation, the advance deposit paid in full cannot be applied to a future reservation.
