Payment Policies
A minimum 50% advance payment and a $75.00 non-refundable processing fee are required by MasterCard or VISA, or if you are paying by check full payment is due within seven days from the time you make your reservation. The balance of the total rent is payable within 24 hours after arrival. We accept cash, traveler's checks, money orders, MasterCard, and VISA, with proper identification/verification. All rates are subject to applicable Florida state and local sales taxes. If you are arriving within 30 days of the day you make your reservation, we must receive your deposit within 24 hours or the reservation will be canceled.
Your advance payment is refundable if the cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to your arrival date. The $75.00 processing fee is non-refundable. Your advance payment is NOT refundable if less than a 60-day notice is given. Special restrictions apply to reservations made within 60 days of an arrival date. Failure to send an advance payment does not assure that the reservation is canceled. You must contact the reservations office directly if you must cancel. There are no refunds or credits for early departure or late arrival.
